1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how WozNot ("Entrpik", "we", "us"), a company in the United Kingdom, collects and uses personal information in connection with the Entrpik manufacturing MRP Service and related websites.

2. Information we collect

We may collect:

• Account and contact data — name, email, company name, address, phone (optional), business type, and preferred plan when you request an account or are invited as a user.
• Authentication data — credentials and session / access tokens used to keep you signed in securely.
• Customer operational data — inventory, BOMs, orders, suppliers, customers, production records, and similar business content you enter into a company workspace. This is primarily business data; it may incidentally include personal data (for example, contact names on customers or suppliers).
• Usage and technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and logs needed for security, debugging, and reliability.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• Review account requests and provision company workspaces
• Provide, secure, and support the Service
• Enforce plan limits and administer subscriptions
• Communicate about access, security, and material Service changes
• Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations
• Improve product reliability and usability (in aggregate where practical)

We process Customer Data primarily as a processor / service provider on behalf of the company that owns the workspace, and process account request and account administration data as a controller.

4. Multi-tenant isolation

Company workspaces are isolated so that users of one company cannot access another company's operational data through normal use of the Service. Super-admin tools, where enabled, are restricted to authorized Entrpik operators for platform administration.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and local storage as needed for authentication sessions, security, and essential Service functionality. We do not use advertising trackers as part of the core product experience described here. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential storage may prevent login.

6. Sharing

We may share personal information with:

• Infrastructure and email providers that host or send messages for the Service, under appropriate contracts
• Professional advisors and authorities when required by law
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to continued protection of the information

We do not sell personal information.

7. Retention

We retain account and Customer Data for as long as the company workspace is active and as needed for backups, disputes, security, and legal compliance. When a company is deactivated or deleted, we follow our operational retention practices and any contractual commitments.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls and encrypted transport. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Workspace administrators control much of the operational Customer Data; contact your company admin for those requests first. For account and privacy requests to Entrpik, email contact@woznot.com.

10. International transfers

If we process information in countries other than where you reside, we take steps intended to provide an appropriate level of protection consistent with applicable law.

11. Children

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted where practical.

13. Governing law

Subject to mandatory local privacy rights, this Policy is interpreted under the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom.
